You Are What You Eat!
Everyone has heard the phrase "You are what you eat". The phrase applies not only to internal health but to our appearance as well. Dr. Jennifer Walden, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, recently appeared on an Austin, Texas television show to talk about our food choices and how it affects our looks. Overall, her recommendations are to drink 8 glasses of water a day, eat 2-3 servings of fruit per day, and eat fatty or sugar-filled foods in moderation.
